  • Relationship problems and self-esteem
  • Difficulties with emotions and managing distress
  • Long-standing or complex difficulties, including where there are risk or forensic issues
  • Psychological difficulties alongside physical health conditions

Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, and choose with you what fits:

  • EMDR
  • DBT
  • Radically Open DBT
  • Schema therapy
  • CAT
  • ACT
  • CBT
  • and others

We welcome diversity of all kinds. We are experienced in working with international clients, and we are LGBTQI+ and neurodiversity inclusive.

Where a person needs more wrap-around support, we are happy to work jointly with other professionals involved in their care.

We also offer executive coaching, for people who want to work on their thinking, work or leadership with a psychologist but feel therapy is not quite what they need.

We see adults in person in Cambridge or online. Dr Jamilah Musah works with adolescents, online. For couples, see couples therapy in Cambridge.
