Trauma-aware staff support for an international human rights organisation

Baseline measures of secondary traumatic stress and burnout, interviews, a needs dashboard for leaders, bespoke workshops and reflective practice that is still in use more than six years on. Read the case study.

Dr Suesse also provides trauma-informed training, supervision and reflective practice on a pro bono basis to organisations supporting people at risk of criminality or re-offending. Read about our community and pro bono work.

Why a clinical psychologist for organisational work

Before training as a clinical psychologist, Dr Mareike Suesse worked as a management consultant, advising public and private organisations and their leaders. Our organisational work brings that experience together with clinical understanding of how difficult work affects the people who do it. We work with organisations in person across London, the South East, the East of England and up to the Midlands, and online.
