Privacy notice
How we use the information you share with us through this website.
Who we are
Express Expert Psychology is the trading name of Dr Suesse Psychology Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15105332. We are the controller of the personal information described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact us at info@expressexpertpsychology.com.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website or email us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details, organisation and a description of what you need. We ask you not to send case papers or medical records through the website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and, if you go on to work with us, to arrange that work. If you ask to join our mailing list, we use your email address to send occasional updates about the practice, and you can leave at any time by telling us.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement. If you tell us about your health or someone else’s, we treat it as special category information and use it only to respond to you. We rely on your consent for the mailing list.
Who we share it with
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send a form, it is passed to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our inbox. Both act on our behalf under data processing terms. Resend is a US company, so your message may be processed in the United States. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
The website itself does not store form submissions. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep proper records of our work. Where an enquiry leads to clinical or expert witness work, records are kept in line with professional practice and UK GDPR, which can mean up to seven years, so that we can account for our work if it is later questioned. They are then deleted.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at info@expressexpertpsychology.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
