“I needed a second opinion on an occupational psychologist’s report that had been commissioned by an insurance company regarding my ability to work, which I didn’t think adequately or accurately reflected my complex physical and mental health conditions. Dr Suesse was firm on our first call that I might not like the outcome, but that she’d be happy to assess me and report her findings nonetheless. Her assessment was refreshingly personal, and compassionate. She was incredibly thorough, and considered all factors in my life affecting my ability to work. Her report was detailed, logically presented and persuasive. Ultimately, her report gave the insurer no option but to uphold my appeal against the findings of the original report.
